Refund Policy

At Writer’s Impact (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we specialize in creating customized digital products, including but not limited to video advertisements, client testimonials, and podcasts. These deliverables are made-to-order and tailored specifically to each client’s business, industry, or marketing needs.
Because of the personalized, creative, and digital nature of these services, all sales are final. This Refund Policy explains in detail the conditions under which refunds are not offered, limited exceptions that may apply, and your responsibilities as a client. By purchasing from Writer’s Impact, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. SCOPE OF POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all digital services and deliverables purchased through writersimpact.com or directly from Writer’s Impact, including but not limited to:

Custom video ads and testimonial recordings.

Custom podcast episodes or series.

Any related media assets, scripts, or strategy documents.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Payments made for our services are non-refundable. By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

Our products are custom-created for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.

Creative outcomes, by their nature, are subjective, and refunds cannot be issued based on creative preferences once work has begun.

Failure to use, publish, or otherwise benefit from the deliverables does not entitle you to a refund.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a smooth and timely process, you agree to:

Provide necessary information, approvals, and source materials in the format requested.

Respond to communications within 48 business hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Complete and submit the Creative Brief within six (6) months of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the project being marked as complete, with no refund or credit.
4. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

Non-Delivery – If Writer’s Impact fails to deliver the purchased product entirely, due to reasons solely attributable to us.

Duplicate Payment – If you were incorrectly charged more than once for the same service.

Technical Error – If a system error resulted in a transaction you did not authorize.
In all cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@writersimpact.com within 7 business days of the charge. We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny such requests.
5. NO GUARANTEES OR OUTCOME WARRANTIES
While we strive to provide high-quality creative products, you acknowledge that:

Marketing outcomes (e.g., sales growth, lead generation, or public reception) cannot be guaranteed.

Writer’s Impact is not responsible for business results arising from the use—or non-use—of the products provided.
6. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with Writer’s Impact in accordance with our Dispute Resolution section of the Terms of Service.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:
